Step by Step Method
Step 1
Soak raisins in hot water for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Step 3
Sift dry ingredients.
Step 4
Drain raisins.
Step 5
Cream sugar and shortening in large bowl.
Step 6
Add egg, milk, honey, raisins, oatmeal and dry ingredients.
Step 7
Lightly butter and pam spray cookie sheet. Pam spray 1/4 cup measuring cup put 3 inches apart.
Step 8
Flatten slightly.
Step 9
Bake 12 to 18 minutes until lightly golden.
Step 10
Cool completely.
Step 11
Remove with spatula or twist off.
