"Sweet gooey moist cake. made for church group and everyone loved. Putting on cite so will not loose. found on Harry Connick Jr. show, recipe is Harrys wife's recipe. times are a guess. to make gluteen-free use 2 cups rice blend flour and 1 1/2 tsp xantham gum in place of flour"

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

Mix together all cake ingredients and pur into 9x13 glass pan, sprayed with Pam.

Step 3

Bake 350 40 minutes

Step 4

Make icing last 20 minutes to make icing put all ingredients into and pour on warm cake

Step 5

Put all icing ingrdienst in medium saucepan and simmer 10-12 minute.

Step 6

Pour warm icing on cake right when it comes out of oven.

Step 7

Pour on warm cake.
