"Like most cooks, flavored butters captured my attention. My source here is the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute. This butter was suggested as a dipping sauce for crab legs, but would also work well for Cajun-style grilled shrimp as a dipping sauce or even drizzled over lime-marinated shrimp ceviche. I would love to hear other suggestions. Enjoy!"

The addition of the Dijon was something I hadn't yet tried in a flavored butter, but it went perfectly. I had some haddock that I drizzled butter over with a sprinkling of lemon juice and I was a very happy woman. I'm going to use the rest on some Cajun shrimp as you've suggested twissis as I'm sure it will be fabo!

This was easy to put together & tasted terrific with boiled shrimp. I used original style tabasco which made it spicy, but not overpoweringly hot. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
