"I've loved cream of wheat since I was a child! My mom always made it with whole milk instead of water, and plenty of butter and brown sugar. It was like dessert for breakfast! This version uses coconut milk instead of water, too. Sounds interesting... from Real Simple. I think you can doctor this up however you want. I'm thinking some Chai spice sugar would be real nice!"
