Step by Step Method

Step 1

Prehead oven to 425 degrees F and lightly grease a cookie sheet.

Step 2

Roll out puff pastry sheet slightly.

Step 3

Place brie wheel in center of pastry (leave on the rind).

Step 4

Spoon marmalade or preserves on top and sprinkle with toasted almonds

Step 5

Wrap the pastry sheet around the the brie.

Step 6

Bake until pastry is golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.

Step 7

Allow to cool slighly before serving.
