My mother would sometimes make a one dish meal from salads.Sometimes a leafy
salad, other times macaroni, and everything she had went into it,especially
meat! I had this in mind when I visited my daughter and grand-daughter this
past weekend.
We went to the grocery store (cause Papa was treating)and bought everthing
we would need for this recipe. Then we went home and started to create!
We followed the recipe to the letter except we used cavatappi macaroni
and added red bell pepper for some color and cuccumber for taste enhancement.
We folded,stirred,and all that stuff, and then chilled it for dinner.
AND THEN WE ATE! AND ATE!AND ATE!AND ATE!
This is without a doubt the best I ever ate. This is now a new family
recipe!(with your permission, of course)
