I made this just now with fresh apricots. I added a teaspoon of lemon juice to the base and a teaspoon of lemon juice to the topping better to enhance the flavours as they seemed just a little bland to me. It was just what was needed. Thanks for the recipe. I appreciate the lower amount of sugar, as my husband is a diabetic and it's hard to find recipes with reduced amounts of sugar.
