Just read an article that said leftover rice can grow a food poisoning bacteria called bacillus cereus in less than 1 hour if it's left out for that long. Can cause some nasty reactions if not reheated properly. If microwave reheating, add 1 tablespoon water to rice dish for each cup of rice to be reheated. Then check with a food thermometer. It must read at least 165°F. The same with reheating on the stovetop.
You don't want to get sick.
