Made a simple cheese omelet and folded recipe #4075 Mushrooms into it. A lovely Sunday Brunch

Thanks Lee. My Farm eggs have so much colour that they really make an omelet look good.

I know what you mean Bergy, I sure miss our chickens and fresh eggs, my old body won't let me care for them anymore and the wife is always off to work or doing for the adult children! I always thought it was supposed to be the other way around ( wife is such a mother hen ! ).

Your Sunday brunch photos are so enjoyed especially the omelettes! I think the thing I missed most when we moved were our fresh eggs. At times I have been known to say I smell 'cardboard' when opening the carton. Love when I manage to find the farm fresh!
