Bea's Moose Pot Roast
Post
by Bergy » Mon Jan 07, 2019 11:00 am
Delicious! This was a weird roast cut with a large bone that prevented you from getting nice slices of meat. However the chunks of meat were lovely tender and not dry. I left out the tomato and added some carrots 45 minutes before serving. Thanks Bea for another delicious "wild" recipe

A friend was given the Moose meat (Chops, hamburger & a roast) by a hunter friend. He is almost vegetarian so did not want it and lucky me received it. This was the last I have already enjoyed two other of Bea's "wild" recipes.
Thanks for the compliment Lee
