I made GF spritz cookies!!!! All glazed and sprinkles added! Yummy!!!! Will be posting the recipe later, unless someone really wants it right now!

Hey HPR - definitely give us the link once the spritz cookies are posted. I tried GF ones once and they were way too soft and didn't come out of the press well.

I have been working with a Dietitian since mid December on the CHIP or Coronary Health Improvement Plan to see if I can reduce my blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels. I have been on a low sodium, low fat, plant-based (vegan) diet now for 3 1/2 weeks. I am excited about trying some new recipes - and you have listed some very interesting ones! Can't wait to try them
