I'm making Derf's Cornd Beef & Cabbage in Crock pot! Good for youKC going all the way with the Soda Bread & Irish Cake!!!!!!!

Hope you all have a lovely holiday. We had our meal yesterday as I had originally expected to be out all day today. We had corned beef & cabbage and I also made some beer bread.

I always do a small loaf of bread for me; but, not the cake. The ladies will enjoy the cake. Me ... just more Irish beer and coffee w/baileys

We had nothing Irish, lol..... It was such a beautiful daywe grilled some chicken breasts on the BBQ and served it up with taters. We are both working the weekend so no green beer or any celebration
