Re: What's Up Today
I am so sorry Shadows I can so understand how hard it has to be to see a loving companion becoming deaf. Having known love of family all these years I think the other senses will make for knowing you are both there as always. I suspect best not to startle while sleeping but when awake keep up the love and caring.
I have two loving felines that are now thirteen one needing an anitbotic shot twice a month, so worth it as now as active as a kitten, the other the most loving Main Coon tuxedo so loving will always wonder why the owners abandoned him to a shelter seeing he was tattoed. When I lost my 17 1/2 I wept for weeks and said no more ... right, now for years have two 'inherited' 13 year olds and have a 7 year old shitzu bichon and a six year old joined at the hip little chihuahua. Hoping for the best and so good that you can both enjoy your backyard.

"gonna eat' love your harvest photos, do you have a valley farm or is it a top of the valley? How are your yields this year? Here fortunately with all the severe weather alerts we have had over the summer we missed both the hail and the tornadoes but now looking to the possibility of an early frost. I miss my valley farm but still have a top of the valley which has an awesome view of the Qu Appelle Valley have wheat there, the two flatland see one farm in wheat and one in barley. Crops are looking good hoping for malting for the barley thinking there there should still be a market for the by product as well as for bread. We need the weather to hold!

I'm so sorry, Shadows. We have a dog that is having issues due to age and we are helping her the best we can, also. What can I say? I'm not a spring chick myself, either.

Well, Gerry, my husband works for a rancher about 30 minutes from here. Some of his land is farther than that. The roads to get there are something else, let me tell ya. It's a beautiful drive, though. He had hay and wheat. He's gonna have corn soon. He had cows but sold all except four. This rancher is a decendant of one of the "founding families" of this part of the state.

I have not been visiting the forums much lately , my disease has been rearing it's ugly head ( lots of pain since I stopped taking a particular pain med ). I also am disappointed in all the porn spam being posted. There is a way to block that folks!
