Sanitizing a face mask

Post by lovinretirement » Mon Mar 23, 2020 1:52 pm

Don't know if you were able to buy any face masks for this horrible virus that's crippling our planet. But I found that you can sanitize them and use them again. Put one tablespoon bleach in a large glass or metal bowl. Fill 3/4 full with water. Place masks in bleach water. You will have to fill a tea cup with part of the solution and place on top of masks to keep them from floating. Let set for 30 minutes. Rinse well in cold water and lay out to dry.
