No -- sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I told the admin that I basically gave up.

I saw that a little while ago. I was pretty sure it was in error so refreshed the page and it was gone.
I am pretty sure it occurs when utilizing a wildcard when imposing the ban on someone- you have to go back and look at the bans and verify the IP numbers and make sure there is not a typo blocking wider amounts of users in a blanket.
