IMPORTANT! about recipe posting

Re: IMPORTANT! about recipe posting
I just completed the sorting through of four years of printouts, using coloured printerpaper enclosed in plastic to make folders for the "Billboard Recipes' the "To 'Make Recipes' ''To Review' and 'To Post'. All the keepers not only in plastic sleeves but neatly organized! It has been a major sort and will see that stays that way!
THAT has me planning to get to the posting of recipes. Having had to play catch up once again ... what did I miss? Is there a posting as to the weights that we can use as most of my recipes are from way back and do not have listed weights. Help!

So are strips of bacon included in the protein rule? Where before I would have said "3 strips of bacon" I should now weigh those strips? What about 2 Tablespoons of crumbled bacon - should I weigh it or will measurement by tablespoons be sufficient?
Or is bacon considered a fat? lol!
Thanks for being so understanding about reminders and for fixing stuff!

Re: IMPORTANT! about recipe posting
We have 1 strip bacon mapped at 1 ounce you don't have to worry about bacon we can add that in for you, if there is an item weight you are not sure of then we can add that for you, as long the cut of meat is listed, sirloin, chuck top round etc...also if protein is listed 1-2 tablespoons or teaspoons our system will accept that by amount but anything more than 2 tablespoons would have to be listed by weight.
We are more interested in members submitting recipes with abbreviations, having to go in and edit each abbreviation to show correctly is more work and time consuming for us and slows the approval times for all the recipes waiting in the queue..
We appreciate your understanding..
Thanks

I need to change a title of a recipe -- I think spell check was helping again! Recipe was just submitted and I cannot edit it. It should be Torticas de Moron and NOT Tortillas de Moron. Recipe #32950 and it has not been approved yet so I think this is the time to make the correction.
