Bread Dough and it's many forms

I made up just over 12 lbs Bread Dough. I made 8 loaves of Bread and 30 Pizza Sticks. I was debating on making Cinnamon Rolls, but everyone wanted pizza sticks.

No just my family of 5. I freeze the loaves. I make lots, so I don't have to make it often.

There's only two of us and usually make the fermented dough and bake over three or four days then freeze . . . but only get 3 or 4 small loaves. What recipe did you use?

Excellent! Were the pizza sticks stuffed (like with pepperoni) or were they breadsticks for dipping?

I use a recipe from an ex-co-workers mom. She got it from a family friend, the recipe has been that family for over 100 years. I have consistant success with it, compared to Kitchenaid's recipe.

The Pizza Sticks are breadsticks topped with pizza sauce and cheddar cheese. When I remember I sprinkle on Clubhouse Italiano on too. I started making them when my kids begged me to buy Pizza Preztels.

I have also made Pepperoni & Cheese Sticks, which is dough encasing a pepperoni stick and topped with cheddar. Or Cheese Sticks, which is a breadstick topped with cheddar.
