Sweet Potato Yeast Rolls
Hi folks,
Might I recommend these for the Holidays? My version of one of Floyd's recipes on the fresh loaf, I've made these over the last couple of years.

Re: Sweet Potato Yeast Rolls
Thanks folks. I think the taste is very good; the texture is good but a little dense. I've been wanting to try them with pumpkin instead of sweet potato. The moisture in pumpkin is different than in sweet potatoes, so a change in hydration would be needed. If I ever try them (or one of you tries pumpkin) a recipe should be posted.
