Welcome to The Bread Basket! We've set up this forum to help everyone in finding information quickly. Please post your questions, comments and photos in the appropriate category, i.e. Sourdough (Wild Yeast), Commercial Yeast and Automatic Bread Machines. For the interium please make post regarding anything using baking powder/baking soda for levening ( i.e. Quick Breads, Muffins and Biscuits) on this board. We've also set up a Bakery Cafe for general chatting.

As with any open forum, there are differing opinions on methods and processes involved in baking and therefore we encourage constructive and polite interaction among our users.
