It's Time For A Spring Break !!!

At least in cooking that is. :)

Let's take a break from all the heavy winter foods, and think about lighter cooking.
For the next two weeks let's cook up some lighter fare.

Like sandwiches, salads, and other Spring type items.

There's no limit on the recipes you tag and make, just make sure they're completed
within the two week time frame.
You have from March 1st. to March 15th. to complete your tagged
recipes.
When the recipes are finished, I'll mark them as completed on this page.

And if you pick the same recipe as someone else,it's o.k.. :D
I think we would all like to see photos of other people's interpretation of the same recipe.

Thanks Lee -I am tagging Candida's Baked Mediterrenean-Style Fish
http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/baked- ... -fish-7428

I am using halibut that I bought on sale. To me, fish is (depending how you cook it) a lighter meal than our usual beef/pork meals so I am glad thatyou agree that it qualifies.
