Bergy, sounds like a fantastic time. And your salad looks fantastic. I love a strawberry salad; they are just so pretty!

KC it was fun and it was great seeing how the two girls interacted with everyone. When Daddy of the new born & wife were leaving he took the wee Baby areound to say goodbye to each and everyone of us - He is so proud of their beautiful baby!

One thing that I am noticing this yeat on the radio, TV and people discussing the holiday it is referred to as May Day not Victoria Day - it has, I'm afraid, lost it's true identity

The Memorial Day weekend is here so what are you planning? Any Parades?
What meals are you cooking. I bet there'll be a BBQ or two!

I hope the weather permits. I am planning a cookout.
Hamburgers with all the fixings
Hotdogs with all the fixings, even sauerkraut
Brats with all the fixings, see above
Potato salad
Macroni salad
Coleslaw-Gotta have 3 kinds. I adore coleslaw
Cucumber salad
Tomato Medley (I need to post this, But its hard because I dump, taste and dump more) Recipe depends on size of tomatoes
Baked Beans (moms recipe)
Bea's Spicy Sweet and Sour Mini Wieners Going to grill the hotdogs first, not use cocktail weiners and add them to her sauce! Amazing sauce!
Grilled corn
Grilled asparagus

Whew I am going to be busy! Starting tomorrow cooking, salads and such. Atleast I wont have to cook much this next week. We will have lots of leftovers!
