Linda, you forgot to make your recipebook public.
It is public.... I guess it's too late now anyway so don't bother posting it.
Everyone can still make tags all the way through Monday. :D

Did you know?

Making your own corn tortillas is really quite easy. I have a couple videos set up for you to watch and enjoy if you are interested. 8-)
Both videos are demostrated on youtube by the channel How to Cook Mexican Food.
-----About How to cook mexican food

"When i worked in a supermarket years ago, i met a lot of american people the loved mexican food, even mi manager used to send me to the kitchen to cook for him, so there is where i figure out is not easy to find a good place to eat authentic food. I have over 30000 subscribers in mi spanish channel and decided to go to another level, as i always say my english is not the best, but i try, have a nice day."

Did you know?

-Mexico was first populated more than 13,000 years ago?

- Mexico's independence from Spain was first proclaimed in 1810, it was not achieved until 1821, by the Treaty of Córdoba, which was signed on August 24 in Córdoba, Veracruz, by the Spanish viceroy Juan O'Donojú and Agustín de Iturbide, ratifying the Plan of Iguala.

-The First Mexican Empire was short-lived, lasting only eight months, from July 21, 1822 to March 19, 1823, and was ruled by only one emperor, Agustín de Iturbide, also known as Agustín I of Mexico.

-The 1970 World Cup held in Mexico was the first World Cup televised on a grand scale.

----Mezcal, or mescal, is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from the maguey plant (a form of agave, Agave americana) native to Mexico. The word mezcal comes from Nahuatl mexcalli [meʃ'kalːi] metl [met͡ɬ] and ixcalli [iʃ'kalːi] which means "oven-cooked agave".

Image

The maguey grows in many parts of Mexico, though most mezcal is made in Oaxaca. There is a saying attributed to Oaxaca regarding the drink: "para todo mal, mezcal, y para todo bien también" ("for everything bad, mezcal, and for everything good, as well").

Certain mezcals, not tequilas, usually from the state of Oaxaca, are sold "con gusano" (with the worm), a practice that began as a marketing gimmick in the 1940s. The worm is actually the larval form of the moth Hypopta agavis that lives on the agave plant.

Now that's ONE thing I probably won't drink!!!!
