This is a recipe DH requests quite often. I usually start these in the oven and finish them off on the grill, but, they can be made entirely on the grill.

KC I dub you the Grillin' Queen of Zazz - Beautiful. Love this creation - The egg just does it! What a neat meal

It was tasty and good, I surprised myself. LOL
It used up everything from the night before so, it was good. Besides, tasty.

I will humbly accept that Queen crown ... :)

It was good, seriously, and easy. What I like is I could do that with any veggie leftovers and make the same thing. But also on a grill pan too inside. I just liked the smoky flavor it created. Broccoli, peas, asparagus - any veggie leftovers would work well.

And Thx again!

Grill Fest VII - Again ... This time a last minute sub for what was originally planned. NO car today as it was in the shop, so, we had to improvise.

Chicken in a 'store bought' Lawrys Lemon pepper, NOT too bad. Also seasoned with a lemon pepper seasoning and fresh lemon. Marinated all day and grilled with a side of mesquite wood chips

Spud ... MICRO for 5, then rubbed with oil, salt and LOTS of pepper, finished on the grill; served with butter, grated shallot and lots of sour cream.

Corn ... Soaked in water for 30 min. Grilled, then husk removed and dipped in my favorite. Butter, parmesan, pepper, and parsley. Doesn't get much better.

Other than the 5 minute micro time ... everything on the grill, even the butter.

And I hate to say for my grill night, no recipes. Sorry. This seriously was a last minute change, so we had to make do.

But, I still thought it showed what you can make and do on the grill. Trust me guys ... anything can be made on the grill. Just invest in a few heavy cast iron pans or disposable aluminum pans to heat things in. Really, anything can be done.

Thx guys.

FYI, it was pouring down rain ... a big soggy for me, the grill was mostly under the roof overhang; and my neighbor was laughing at me out the window.

It wasn't raining when I started and it stopped when I was done ... Perfect timing huh? :x
