Out comes the Griddler! Great looking photos on here already Bea! I don't do outdoor BBQ anymore but I sure will be doing indoor.

The grill is how I prefer to cook; and many of my standard recipes I cook on the grill as well.
Definitely don't be intimated ... I cook rice, pasta, mac and cheese, all my veggies - just about anything on the grill.

I have a smoker, a gas grill which gets the most use, and my charcoal - and I love them all. I love to cook in foil pouches for the easy clean up, or on a cedar plank for great flavor; then adding some wood chips on the side in either a smoke box or in a foil pouch adds a wonderful smoky component to your food. Even cooking in those disposable aluminum pans are a great way to make rice, mac and cheese, potatoes or vegetables. You can get some smoky flavor and take advantage of NO clean up at the same time.

This is a favorite and easy to make. Great for entertaining and a BBQ

Don't forget the those greens ... Romaine is fantastic, cabbage, radicchio, kale, endive, etc.

 WOWSERS, those are some awesome looking meals!!!! I find myself very hungry all of a sudden, lol.....

Bergy that lamb looks awesome and those prawns YUM!!!

Derf, everything looks amazing. Those are some thick and juicy looking chops, keep that griddle going, I'm on my way.

KC, those are all gorgeous. I too use my grill quite a bit. In the summertime everything gets cooked on the BBQ. I have baked cakes, pies, made pizza just about anything I would make in the oven in the winter time, I make on the BBQ in the summer. I just light the one side, bring it to the temperature I want and place whatever I am baking on the side that is not lit, close the BBQ and bake it.

I also have a propane smoker wich I use quite a bit also, mostly for fish but I have made many other things in there also. Next weekend we are smoking a large pork shoulder. I can't wait... I will be posting photos for sure.

I have to apologize for some large pics. All my pics I always edit and save to 600 wide. They are all the same, so I have no idea why some came out larger than others. But I'm sure you get the idea.
