I've had it happen a few times, maybe due to the gremlins working in the background???

I should of shared by cook book for salads. Sorry that I didn't.

I thought I would share two unique salads which are a bit different. One, I just uploaded and the other was a while back.

The first is a Korean bean sprouts salad and really easy. I add chicken to mine to make it more of a main course; but you don't have to. Just leave it out. The salad is easy, and quick. It doesn't stay very long in the fridge. It is best served fresh.

Korean bean sprout salad

Another unique salad which I thought I would offer up.

Wine Country Rice and Grape Salad

No one has to try them; but I thought they were unique and thought someone may want to try them later on. Both can be side salads but also main dishes.

Here is salad I make quite often in the summer time. DH always makes waaaay too much steak so I had to find a quick way to use up the left-overs, so I came up with this recipe. Hubby always says salads are for girls but says this one is fit for a man
I just added it so it might not show up just yet ;)

Hi KC , Please post photos of these recipes, I cannot accept recipes without photos for this event, the purpose of the event is to share photos of recipes you have made, reviewed and taken photos of to enhance the recipes.

If you wish to have your salad recipebook added to the list on page one, please post the link to the recipebook not links to unphoto'd individulal recipes.

Thanks!
