I threw this all in the crock-pot this morning before going to work and let it go on low for 4 hours, hubby then turned it up and let it go for another 2 hours. He and his friends DEVOURED it.
I told him I had no problem putting it together for him, but, he had to take photos, AND keep me a wee bit lol. He grunted and said okay. I did edit the photos a bit, but I think he did a dang good job!!!!

All the wonderful pics of St Pat's food!!!

My St Pat's day went a little haywire. I was just finishing up blueberry cheese blintzes for brekkie when the power went out. I had planned http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/corned ... -crock-pot and http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/health ... hole-grain I did make the corned beef on top of the stove and the taste of that recipe is AMAZING! I am quite anxious to make it again in the crock pot. Didn't take any pics because we were eating in the dark.

My oven is completely electronic controlled so I'll be baking the soda bread tomorrow. 13 hours without power and my Sweetie acted like it was the end of the world. This country gal just grabbed a crochet hook, thread and started working on Christmas presents. When it got too dark to see, I turned on my lighted Nook and read in the dark. ;)
