I am looking forward to seeing the pis for this one. I don't make any thing special for st paddys day. Hmmm, maybe I will color my glass of wine green that day! :lol:

Hiya peeps,

St. Patricks Day for me means going out to an Irish Pub and drinking green beer and having a grand ole' time until the wee hours of the night.
In my younger days, I did do this religiously..... But, my body just doesn't like that kind of abuse anymore :lol: :lol:

So, I will settle for a good crock-pot full of my favorite Irish meal!

This recipe is for lamb stew - The Irish used a lot of Mutton but that's a bit tough for me

That is such a pretty looking bowl of stew!!! I bet that recipe would work with venison also. I find the two (lamb and venison) similar in flavour.
