YVW Derf, it was delicious!!!

I always try to use red potatoes in the crock-pot as they don't fall apart no matter how long you cook them. The carrots are always hit and miss for me, but this time I purposely cut them the way you see in the photo, stictly for presentation and it worked out well.
I really like that you have cabbage wedges in your recipe as they look so pretty and like the idea that they are added at the end of the cook time. They don't get mushy that way. I usualy just slice mine and toss it in, but not anymore, the wedges are perfect!!

I'll remember that about red potatoes for future use in the crockpot :!: nice to know,thanks, yes i like the cabbage wedges best too, looks nicer.

I saw Linda's colcannon photo the other day and had to make it, especially when i saw it offered in the billboard game, did it with our roast chicken tonight, very good :!: I used spinach and some cole slaw mix cabbage in mine with the onions and garlic.
