Re: St Patrick Day Event
Hiya peeps,
St. Patricks Day for me means going out to an Irish Pub and drinking green beer and having a grand ole' time until the wee hours of the night.
In my younger days, I did do this religiously..... But, my body just doesn't like that kind of abuse anymore
So, I will settle for a good crock-pot full of my favorite Irish meal!

What do you get when you cross poison ivy with a four-leaf clover? A rash of good luck. ~Author Unknown

This recipe is for lamb stew - The Irish used a lot of Mutton but that's a bit tough for me
Back to basics, Lamb Stew (Crock Pot)

I envy you the venison - I think it would be wonderful, try itQueenBea wrote:That is such a pretty looking bowl of stew!!! I bet that recipe would work with venison also. I find the two (lamb and venison) similar in flavour.
