I have everything ready to go for DH for tomorrow. I will be making Mikekey's Shamrock Stew for him and a few buddies. I'm working all day so I will put it together in the crock-pot tomorrow morning and let it go until they are ready to devour it!

Mine is all made, resting until tomorrow and of course I had to test the lamb - Perfect tender moist and not stringy - It will be even better tomorrow

He's a lucky guy that you are making a stew for him and his buddies Mmmmm

I'm making Queen Bea's http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/corned ... -crock-pot and Linda's http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/health ... hole-grain

It is supposed to be quite chilly here over the weekend. I'm going to love the smell of corned beef cooking all day and bread baking. :)

This might not be a St Patrick Day dish but I fixed this last night to start off the weekend. Delicious and highly recommended!

Papa, I saw your pics on the front page when I came this morning and they are so lovely. I saved the recipe to try soon. That sure says comfort, doesn't it?
