I'm sorry I don't have a pic for this. I am making it next week. But...I thought I would add it to the list. My pic will probably be posted Sun or Mon.
But it is a nice option.
Steak marinated in Bloody Mary Mix, a little vodka and dried oregano.
Grilled and topped with a blue cheese sauce
That easy. You can use any steak. London Broil, flank, skirt, rib eyes, fillet. They are so easy and so good. A cheaper cut of skirt is JUST as good and 1/3 the budget.

A recipe for a quick and easy fudge, small batch to boot ;). It would make a nice V-day treat IMO.

Here is a recipe I think would also be nice for Valentine's Day served up with a tzatziki sauce for dipping and a nice Greek Salad. The picture is not that great but it sure is yummy.
