Here's my first attempt at Butter tarts for years, I got lazy over the years and bought them for Don, they are his favourite , i sure won't be buying them anymore, these were so easy and he said "the best", Thanks Bea :!:

This recipe is perfectly named :!: We had the most perfect steak for our Valentine's day dinner :D Thanks Bea :!:
Perfect Pan Seared to oven Steak served with his favourite veggies and potatoes, just plain olde boiled butter potatoes and boiled and butter carrots and celery :D

OMG, you guys all had great VDay dinners, looks amazing. I had slop at work, teehee..... Will be celebrating this week. DH and I are both off ALL WEEKEND!
