Right now I am able to get some photos with my camera... Hopefully it will last! I was going to make Engrossed coleslaw, but the coleslaw mix was frozen in my crisper, so I will make that later, but wanted to post my dinner tonight :(

I have some beef liver in my freezer. That looks like a delicious way to fix it.

BUT I made them into muffins, :D :D Don ate 2 right out of the oven, wow are they good, I will go and review it but wasn't sure you would like to have the photos of muffins instead of a loaf.

gkw, that onion soup looks amazing! Wow great pictures, delicious!
