What I made last night for dinner was Buffalo Chicken Pasta. 
The sauce was still plenty rich and creamy. It's an easy meal that I would recommend to anyone who enjoys the taste of Buffalo Chicken.

Derf, you must have been in my head when you made that potato topped with beef. I been thinking about doing that since Sunday but haven't gotten around to making it yet
Generally my cooking for this month has been really slow on the trying new recipes front so far. Will get back in the groove soon I hope.
rofl! Nah, that's not it. I've noticed that every year in beginning of January my trying new recipes comes down to almost nil. I think it's cause of all the extra goodies I make during December.
