Michelle_Minicucci's http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/buffalo-turkey-pasta

I changed up an ingredient and changed the whole name of the recipe. :o What I made last night for dinner was Buffalo Chicken Pasta. :)

The other change I made was to use Neufchatel instead of cream cheese. I had never cooked with it before, but it worked very well. Plus it's 1/3 less fat. The sauce was still plenty rich and creamy. It's an easy meal that I would recommend to anyone who enjoys the taste of Buffalo Chicken.

I tagged this at the Billboard Tag and had it for diner this evening. It was such a hard subject to photograph, too much of the same color, lol. After about 12 shots I picked this one, lol...

OMG willow and Bea! I am major fan of creamy sauces, both your photos are making me drool!

mmm love fried rice and garlic! Looks awesome!

Kc, soup looks nice and comforting.

Derf, you must have been in my head when you made that potato topped with beef. I been thinking about doing that since Sunday but haven't gotten around to making it yet .

Generally my cooking for this month has been really slow on the trying new recipes front so far. Will get back in the groove soon I hope.

rofl! Nah, that's not it. I've noticed that every year in beginning of January my trying new recipes comes down to almost nil. I think it's cause of all the extra goodies I make during December. As much as I want to do new things part of me is just in "break mode" lol.
