Meal #1: (hopefully) Savory Baked Chicken & Rice - trying to test an old recipe with vague instructions (I asked for help over in the All About Food forum), most likely using wild rice. Planning to serve with carrots and a side salad
Meal #2: Meatloaf (trying to master a family recipe) w/mashed potatoes, gravy (maybe), corn and/or carrots
Meal #3: Herb Baked Chicken - which is actually a somewhat Asian flavored dish, another old recipe I am testing out, served with sesame snow peas
Meal #4: Killer Pizza - another old recipe I am testing, topped with grilled chicken, sausage, and pepperoni on half, veggies on the other half (or maybe I'll make one of each), with salad or raw veggies and dip
Meal #5: leftovers
Meal #6: Sandwiches (meatloaf sandwiches hopefully)
Meal #7: Breakfast for Dinner (Quiche Lorraine)
Also planning to bake some Farm style Biscuits, Sausage & Gravy to go with them for breakfast one day this week, and a frozen fruit salad (for my dessert) and homemade chocolate ice cream (for dd and my bf).
