Turkey, cranberry and cheese sammy. One of my favorites.
If you remember, I make whole turkeys all the time and one of my favorite finds were by Ocean Spray, they make those mini cups of cranberry sauce (I think 6 in a pkg) I always them on time. They are perfect to use in recipes without having to open a whole can. I'll be lost if they stop selling those.

I am TOTALLY winging it this week. I was out of town this weekend so I didn't do my normal Saturday market day. I'm hoping to survive getting by with purchasing little more than milk this week.

I think tuna casserole is making its way onto my menu one day this week. Cheap and I have everythign I need. Thanks for the idea!

Can you believe I am still sick and still have no clue what I will be making. I have a package of chicken sausages in the fridge so I might end up making that tonight. I just feel like sleeping all day - terrible sinus/allergy stuffiness going on. Makes me not very hungry and definitely not in much of a mood to cook.

I had an egg salad sandwich for dinner last night.

Yes - I keep getting bad allergies. Not much I can do about them, unfortunately. Normal allergies I can deal with, but sometimes I get a sinus infection along with them, and that really slows me down.

Now - for my menu, starting late:

Tuesday: Trying to plan something Italian, I have some of my garlic bread already made in the freezer, I know I have some pasta sauce and pasta in my pantry, and salad greens
Wednesday: either eating out or shrimp, cauliflower, & pea coconut curry
Thursday: either chicken tacos or shrimp fried rice
Friday: leftovers
Saturday: leftovers or soup & sandwich

Bread of the week: zucchini bread, pumpkin bread, or banana bread
Dessert of the Week: Hello Dolly Bars maybe or jello
