Love the sweet and sour flavours This turned out to be a good enough one to post - diddled around trying something different with our boneless pork chops with a very happy result. I just happened to have some left over cooked frozen Basmati brown rice which worked perfectly, but other rice could be used, and it could be served over the rice instead of in it, actually loved it in the sweet and sour, it added a nice texture
