I would pick #2, although they all look good. As I was looking at them, I realized that I was favoring #2 because I'm right handed and the fork looks as if it's waiting for me to pick it up. Silly reason, but true.
(I'd also use a spoon to get all of that sauce in every bite.)

I like #2 as well. I like the way it's centered in the photo and the way the weinie is positioned on the end of the fork.
