Lovely Cod dinner

It is rare that you canget lovely thick pieces of cod that really flake when you bake them- I just painted the cod with Mayo, sprinkled on some spices ( Just like my Mayo catfish recipe) served with squash with apples, cranberries and cinnamon, peas carrots and cauliflower

Excellent photos Bergy -- your first 2 photos are especially nice. It's always hard to photograph white foods, but these came out perfectly. Kudos to you.
