Ground Beef & Rotini Skillet

DH likes basic recipes, nothing fancy or too spicy. Frustrating at times, but that just means he's easy to please. This recipe came from the Campbell's Kitchen web site and I tweaked it a bit. I also added salt/pepper as it needed more spice. Even with that I think it would benefit from some hot sauce or other spice. All in all it was a nice comfort food dinner.

I'd do that but DH gobbled up the last of it tonight. I reminded him that the recipe is supposed to serve 6, but it only served 4 this time. Ah, we need to do a better job at portion control in our house. :?

Oh my gosh! I wish I had ground beef right now just so I could make this dish! Photos show it off beautifully and are mouthwatering
