got my man )I was out of canned tomatoes but i had some cherry tomatoes i needed to use up so i put them in the food processor and pureed them, worked beautifully , the only other thing missing was the fresh parsley, had none in, but it wasn't really missed except it would have looked nice as a garnish, I used skinless but bone in thighs. Lots of falvour and i will be making this again.
I will review the recipe and post photos if you like them.

Served it with acorn squash stuffed with brown rice, onions and spinach, topped with havarti cheese.
