Belly Buster - an alternate version

This is a casserole we grew up on and our kids too, now the grandkids and greats love it, some people find it too bland but it ya do just add some kick with your favourite kind of heat.
for this one i used ground turkey, and had no cheese soup in so I used a mix of shredded jalepeno monteray jack and cheddar cheese i happened to have in, mmm good !! the usual tomato and onions but i added some crunchy celery and lovely fresh spinach this time, made for a nice colour and good flavour. my comfort food
I think this could be called the light version with the turkey instead of beef burger and all the veggies.
