Exactly what the title says :D
Unfortunately I didn't have time after I took the poor chicken out (it looks so undignified :o ) so I didn't get a chance to throw it on a platter and get a picture I liked so I'll experiment with uploading as I have never done that before.

Cranberry Welcome to the Photo Forum - Your practice paid off the chicken looks super good. I love seeing it on the rack and not all super dignified on a platter Really well done. What great color

It's such a fantastic recipe. I thought about waiting for today to make it so I would have time to take some good pictures but I couldn't wait yesterday. Next time!
