OK, so I also made one of kittens recipes. It was to die for, but my pics aren't! Oh how I wish they had turned out better!
I didn't post to the recipe since I wasn't all that happy with it! (the pic, not the potatoes!)

Love those potatoes. Your photo is fine just doesn't show how brown they get. The lighting these days is so bad. I sure wouldn't worry about that photo Dissie

No, I loved the recipe. I hated my picture of the end product! They make the taters look all pale and they weren't that way at all! I took bad pics! But that just means I will have to force myself to have these taters again!
I really thought they were great!
