To make a long story short ... i had a disaster with a brisket...
but the disaster turned into a very tasty soup... never the less so dissapointed i cudda cried :cry: :roll: :evil: :cry: :cry:

By the name, I thought you were going to tell us you burnt your tongue on the soup :D

It sure looks good and I bet it tasted great! What a pretty photo... I love the plate...

Looks like a wonderful soup. And we have all had our share of Kitchen disasters, trust me. Seems like you came out with a great dinner.

That's some nice looking thoup I think or Thought - I bet you could have cried that was a gorgeous piece of brisket.
