This is another great recipe by Gerry. The flavors are great, everything works so well together. I used rainbow trout instead of salmon and cooked this for 20 minutes, it worked perfectly. I forgot to add the parsley for presentation, but no one noticed, lol.

You nailed it with that photo Bea, my DH loves fish of any kind....Me not so much, I do however, like Shrimp, Salmon and my all time favorite Cod.
