It was but I could only get through a little over half of it and that was scaling the recipe back to one serve so will be having the left overs in toasties for lunch for me and the DH (he'll eat the chicken but not the zoodles).

Looks good! One lot of scaling recipes back happens here too, find t's always nice to have the extras on hand for the next day.
