This is great way to use left over roast pork. This was originally made with Cuban bread but for it to be gluten free that cannot be, so go ahead and use your favorite gluten free bread. I use the "Schär Rustic Bread, gluten free". Depending which area of Florida this is from ham or salami was used along with the roast pork, it's up to you, use whichever you like, both work great.

Oh my Goodness!! I enjoyed Cuban sandwiches so much when I lived in Florida 30 years ago.
I can't even write "30". Where did time go??

Thx Pia, yes time goes by too fast....
To post pics in the forums I open another page in new tab and go to where the photo is posted. I then right click on the photo and click copy image address. Then I paste the copied link in between the “image tabs” [ ] [ ]
I hope that makes sense
