Meatballs.......

I made two different batches of meatballs to keep in the freezer for future use.

These are my #recipe34080

These meatballs are a big hit here, they have just the right amount of fennel to make them over the top deelish. Use these in tomato pasta sauce, Alfredo sauce, gravy, meatball subs or on their own with a side of marinara sauce to dip in. Any way you serve these they will be devoured. This make between 80 to 90 meatballs, depending how big you make them. These freeze well so they are perfect a for last minute dinner. I freeze then first on a cookie sheet them toss them into a freezer bag so they don't stick together.

I also made ForeverMama's #recipe26548

I made these as instructed, using gluten free breadcrumbs and they turned out tasty. I served them with onion gravy and rice.

Great looking meatballs! I also freeze them first on a cookie sheet them toss them into a freezer bag allowing me to take out what I need for a meal. Checked the recipes and have saved.

Your BOF is perfect! Gorgeous photos. I do the same with meatballs. When I make them I make a whole batch and freeze the rest

Thx Bergy. I was just happy it was just DH and I. We had a salad while we were waiting for it to be cooked, lol.

I very rarely eat meat Bea. I will cook it for DH but don't eat it.
I used to eat a little, but not now.
