I have made an old family favorite into gluten free today and it turned out perfectly delicious.

These caramel dumplings are a traditional French Canadian dessert that are typically served on special occasions. I like to serve this with vanilla ice cream but it is fantastic on it's own

Ohh my, they do look delicious Bea.
I make an old family favorite here ~ Golden Syrup Dumplings. We love them. I must try your recipe over winter!

It is deelish Gerry and easy, just like soup dumplings but sweet and on syrup
